- Miranda IIra May Aquanatals classes was just what I was looking for to stay active during my pregnancy. I began my journey when I was 25 weeks and was so pleased to continue right up until 38 weeks, it's fun, and easy to pick up each exercise. I loved the different weekly topics discussed at each class, and seeing what the other girls thought. Ira is wonderful, brightly spirited incorporating dance and different music to each session. I had so much fun, highly recommend - note keeping active throughout your pregnancy helps with labour and postpartum recovery!
